How to Join a Group Deal

Step 1

From the home screen, tap on the ‘Group Deals’ section to view the latest available offers.

Step 2

Explore different deals for various categories like dining, shopping, entertainment, and more.

Step 3

Select the deal you want to participate in. Check the required number of participants and the discount offered.

Step 4

Once the deal is reached to minimum limit within the deal period, deal will be valid and customer will be able to use the deal at merchant shop via My Wallet => My Deals => Select Voucher => “Use Now” by making payment with 1 Ks. If the deal is not reached to minimum limit, you will receive a refund of your purchased deal.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached before the deal’s deadline, the group deal will be canceled, and no payment will be deducted from participants.

Once you’ve confirmed participation in a deal and the group reaches the required number of participants, you can no longer cancel. However, if the deal is not activated, no charges will apply.

After the group deal is activated, you will receive a voucher or discount code via the AYA Pay app. Simply present this at the merchant’s location to redeem your discount.
