 To perform the refund transaction of cards can be directly communicated with AYA Bank merchant operation to support accordingly. As AYA Pay refund transaction can be directly performed through the AYA Merchant Portal. Simply locate the transaction you wish to refund and follow bank instructions. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days.
